Single URL Product Import ​

The Single URL Import mode allows you to import an individual eBay product listing into your Shopify store in seconds with a live preview modal.

Supported URL & Item ID Formats ​

You can paste any standard eBay product link or 12-digit listing ID:

  • https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/366612399572
  • https://www.ebay.de/itm/227042068307
  • 196890507269 (Raw 12-digit eBay Item ID)

Step-by-Step Import Process ​

  1. Go to Import Products > Single Product tab (/app/import).
  2. Paste the eBay URL or Item ID into the input field.
  3. Select your preferred Import Profile (e.g. Default Profile or 20% Markup Profile).
  4. Click Preview Product to open the interactive Product Inspection Drawer.

Inside the Preview Drawer, you can review and customize item details before committing:

  • 📷 Image Gallery: Select/deselect high-res images to include.
  • 🏷️ Title & Description: Edit titles or HTML product descriptions.
  • 💰 Pricing Breakdown: View original eBay price, currency conversion rate, applied markup, and final Shopify price.
  • 📦 Variant Aspects: Inspect multi-variant options (Color, Size, Capacity, Model) and SKUs.

Click Import to Shopify to create the product instantly.

Deduplication Protection

If the item was already imported previously, CartCraft automatically detects the existing record and shows an Update / Re-sync button instead of creating a duplicate.
