Multiple URLs Batch Import ​

Import up to 50 eBay product listings at once by pasting a list of URLs into the batch import text box.

How to Import Multiple URLs ​

  1. Go to Import Products > Multiple URLs tab (/app/import).
  2. Select your desired Import Profile from the profile dropdown.
  3. Choose your Import Publishing Mode:
    • Direct Import: Automatically creates and publishes products to your Shopify store.
    • Staged Review: Imports products into a temporary review queue (NEEDS_REVIEW), allowing you to inspect and approve items before publishing.
  4. Paste up to 50 eBay URLs or listing IDs into the text area (one URL per line).
  5. Click Start Batch Import.

Background Processing & Queue Management ​

  • CartCraft dispatches a background task managed by Postgres queue workers (Pg-Boss).
  • Batch jobs process asynchronously within Shopify GraphQL rate limits.
  • You can monitor real-time job progress (processed items, failed items, logs) directly from the Batch Progress Viewer or the Import Logs tab (/app/logs).
