CSV Spreadsheet Import ​

The CSV Import feature allows you to bulk-import up to hundreds of eBay products using a standard .csv spreadsheet file.

File Format Requirements ​

Your CSV must include a header column named url_or_id followed by valid eBay URLs or numeric listing IDs.

Download Sample

You can download a pre-formatted template directly inside the app by clicking 📥 Download Sample CSV on the CSV Upload tab.

How to Import ​

  1. Navigate to Import Products > CSV Upload.
  2. Select your active Import Profile and desired publishing mode (Direct or Staged Review).
  3. Drag and drop your .csv file. The app validates the rows instantly in your browser:
    • Confirms total valid eBay listings detected.
    • Automatically strips duplicate IDs and invalid URLs.
  4. Click Start CSV Import.

The app queues the items into manageable batches (25–50 items per job) and runs them in the background.
