Staged Review Previews

The Staged Review workflow gives you complete control over bulk product imports before items are published live to your Shopify store catalog.

How Staged Review Works

1. When initiating a Multi-URL, CSV Upload, or Seller Catalog import, select Staged Review mode.
2. Items are fetched from eBay and saved to an internal review queue with status NEEDS_REVIEW.
3. The Staged Items Manager grid displays all pending items:
   • Thumbnail & Title: Edit product titles before creation.
   • Price Breakdown: Adjust calculated markup prices.
   • Variant Aspects: Inspect multi-variant options.
4. Select individual items or use Approve All to publish items directly to Shopify.
5. Items marked as Dismissed are removed from the queue without affecting your Shopify store.
